This is an introductory book on mathematical analysis which covers functions, limits and the continuity and discontinuity of functions. All of these topics are necessary prerequisites for the study of integral and differential calculus. The book is divided into three chapters: functions, the material of the previous chapter and an introduction of limits, continuity and discontinuity and an introduction of two important theorems: the Extreme Value Theorem and the Intermediate Value Theorem.
